Hi, I’m Teemu!

I’m a photographer and musician based in Amsterdam. Growing up in nature-rich Finland gave me a lasting love for natural light, which I bring into my portrait, editorial, and lifestyle photography. I also love documenting my travels and photographing interiors & hospitality spaces.

I’m drawn to everyday moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed — a streak of sunlight across a floor, a quiet city corner, a plant catching the afternoon glow. You’ll often find these little observations on my Instagram stories.

Most of my work is shot outdoors using natural light, but I also work in studio settings when the project calls for it. As a professional (jazz) pianist & composer, I have a special connection to photographing artists and creators, and I love crafting visual stories that reflect their personality and message.

When I’m not working, you can find me sweating in a sauna, cooking plant-based meals, or running and cycling along Amsterdam’s canals.
